The story of Lupita
The founder and CEO of what is now Lupita’s Jewelers, Maria Ramirez, began her journey in the jewelry trade back in 1994. She would sell 14k yellow gold door-to-door in the neighborhoods of La Puente, CA. It is here where her love for sales and fine jewelry grew.
In 1998, along with her husband, Luis Ramirez, she opened her first jewelry location inside a small Hispanic market in Riverside, named it Joyeria Lupita. The name is inspired from La Virgen de Guadalupe.
At that time, Mrs. Ramirez named her baby daughter Lupita after the Virgin Mary. Consequently, she named the business after her child. Two years later, the Ramirez family managed to open more stores to better serve you!
In 2002, Joyeria Lupita became an official corporation dedicated to providing the best quality and service to its customers.
Through hard work and perseverance, today the Ramirez family is a proud owner of several stores in the Inland Empire Counties.
